We’re always grateful for the support of our school community, and we’re excited to welcome new volunteers! Your time and skills make a real difference in creating a positive and engaging environment for all our students. We have plenty of opportunities to volunteer at Sandy East PS, including supporting Marco in the kitchen program, assisting in the classroom, or joining us for events like swimming and incursions. If you’re interested in becoming a volunteer, just follow the steps below:

1: Complete the Child Safe Standards Module: Contact the office via the lnk below and request the Child Safe Standard Module. We’ll send you the link to complete the training. We recommend that you open the link and read all information thoroughly to ensure you are familiar with our shared safety expectations.

2: Provide a Current Working With Children Check (WWCC): All volunteers must hold a valid WWCC. Once you have your card, please bring it to the school office so we can update our register. Click here to apply: Apply for a Working with Children Check
